To find more information about TNS services you can click on the Telephones, Network, Email, Calendar, or Phonebook service name in navigation bar on top or on the left-hand side.
Telephones
The new VoIP telephone system and Cisco Unity voicemail system are maintained by Telecommunications group.
Network
The campus data network is maintained by the Network Services group.
The campus email system is maintained by the server group. In addition to regular POP/IMAP (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), web mail and Delegated administrator are provided. Delegated Administrator, soon to be called Email Options, allows you to manage your mail lists, subscribe and unsubscribe from mail lists, set up mail filters, set up the vacation feature, change your password, and change your personal information.
Phonebook
TNS also maintains the campus telephone directories, both on-line and printed. You can search the on-line directory or download a copy of the current printed directory for yourself.
