In this workshop, you'll learn how the cognitive model explains the connection between your thoughts and anxiety, as well as how to recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. We'll also practice simple and very effective techniques to help you regain calm and control over your anxious mind. Join us to change your mindset forever!
