The Road to Healing: Finding Beauty in the Uncertainty

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and a reminder to take time to reflect on your healing journey. The road to healing is never linear, and although you may be faced with uncertainty, fear, and doubt, there is beauty in the process. This workshop will focus on increasing compassion, patience, and trauma responsiveness to help your healing process. While self-love can be hard in difficult times, it is important to see the value and beauty in yourself, which is true resilience.
