Needs glasses? The Student Health Center will host an optometry clinic on Friday, February 21. Interested students should fill out the online application by completing the following steps:
To apply, visit www.csusb.edu/student-health-center
>Access the patient portal and find the application under "downloadable forms."
>Upload the form on the portal.
> Click "Save"
