Photo courtesy of Keith Baxter Students from Cal State San Bernardino’s School of Social Work were among the thousands of university students from throughout the state to gather in Sacramento recently to learn about legislation that affects social workers and their clients. The students also met with state lawmakers and other government contacts to discuss these issues. In addition, the students were able to discuss with them two bills selected by the National Association of Social Workers: SB 568 - Homelessness Among California’s College Students and AB 163 (C.
