CSUSB held its 17th fall commencement on Dec. 9, with about 1,100 students participating in the three graduation ceremonies held at the Coussoulis Arena. President Tomás Morales congratulated the graduates telling them, “Today, you have joined the ranks of the best and the brightest in this country.”
