The Cal State San Bernardino Coyote Advertising team and students from the university’s fall 2016 Communication Studies 243 class will be among the groups recognized at the Inland Empire chapter of the Public Relations Society of America annual IE Polaris Awards banquet.

The Coyote Advertising team and students will be among the groups recognized in the student public relations category for their planning and execution of the 2016 holiday public service announcement food drive benefiting the recently renamed Obershaw DEN Food Pantry.

The Polaris Awards, which this year will take place on Thursday, Nov. 9 in Fontana, are an annual program that recognizes the very best in strategic public relations programs and tactical execution in the Inland Empire.
