CSUSB professor participates in panel presentations on Palestine
Middle East Institute/The People’s Forum/Voices from the Holy Land
Ahlam Muhtaseb, professor of media studies at California State University, San Bernardino, was one of the panelists in the Middle East Institute’s program, “The Nakba and Palestinian Refugees 75 Years On: Why They Still Matter,” which took place at 6:30 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, May 17, on Zoom.
On May 20 at 3 p.m. Pacific Time, at the People’s Forum in New York City, Muhtaseb and Andy Trimlett will participate in a discussion of their documentary, “1948: Creation & Catastrophe.” Muhtaseb was co-director/executive producer, and Trimlett was director/executive director for the documentary.
On May 21 at noon Pacific Time, Muhtaseb will participate in a panel discussion, “NAKBA 75: Remembering the Voices,” presented virtually by Voices from the Holy Land.
