Two-time alumna Brittney Winters ’13, ’15 was promoted to director of operations at Simmons Group, a human resources, training and organizational development company in Las Vegas. Her advancement is a testament to the benefits of a CSUSB education.

Winters earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology at Cal State San Bernardino. The education and transferable skills she acquired at CSUSB helped prepare Winters for the next chapter in her career.

Winters has worked at the Simmons Group for eight years, managing and directing a multitude of tasks, clients and projects. She oversees all areas of support for consultants and logistics for clients. In addition, Winters assigns HR services to Simmons Group consultants and provides those services to some clients.
