Cal State San Bernardino’s Division of Finance, Technology and Operations will host the 2026 CSUSB Business Conference, “Spring Forward – Embracing Change Together,” on March 13 at the Santos Manuel Student Union South Event Center. The conference will take place from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., and breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Designed to bring the campus community together for a day of learning and collaboration, the conference will focus on the ways finance, technology and operations intersect with the work carried out every day in support of CSUSB students, faculty and staff.
This year’s keynote speaker is Dan Melchior, director of shared services at San Diego State University and change champion network manager for the California State University system. An experienced corporate and higher education leader, Melchior, author of “Shared Services – A Manager’s Journey,” provides practical insights on building effective shared services models and leading strategic organizational change.
All additional sessions will be led by CSUSB administrators and staff, highlighting expertise from across the university. Topics will range from artificial intelligence and facilities management to Microsoft Teams and campus support services, with interactive discussions designed to provide practical takeaways that attendees can apply in their roles.
Participants will explore fresh ideas, new tools and innovative services designed to help the campus community move forward together. View the 2026 CSUSB Business Conference program for session details, hosts and presentation times.
