On Wednesday, March 5, the Palm Desert Entrepreneurial Resource Center celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, featuring refreshments provided by local small businesses and congratulatory remarks by local and regional dignitaries.

The newly expanded resource will serve as a catalyst for the creation of new businesses and the growth of existing small businesses in the Coachella Valley.

The free Veteran Entrepreneurship Program, designed for Riverside County veterans, active-duty members and their direct family members, will teach the skills, knowledge and mindset needed to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape.

The grand opening of the Entrepreneurial Resource Center, a collaboration between CSUSB’s Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship, the Riverside County Office of Economic Development and the city of Temecula, takes place on Jan. 24 from 3-5 p.m.

The Entrepreneurial Resource Center (ERC) will be an easily accessible hub for small business training and technical assistance services serving Southwest Riverside County.
