Leonard Transportation Center faculty Kimberly Collins, Yunfei Hou and Raffi Der Wartanian, with  graduate students Sai Kalyan Ayyagari and Bhavik Pankaj Khatri, published a study for the journal Data in Brief; Mike Stull (entrepreneurship) discussed the opening of the Palm Desert Entrepreneur Resource Center; and Michael Karp (history) coordinated the 20th annual Academic WorldQuest competition.

Carolina Carlos (center) was recognized with the Southern California Association of Governments Student Showcase Poster Jury Award at the organization’s regional conference.

Award-winning alumna has a vision for region’s equitable growth through housing and transportation research

Two-time CSUSB alumna Carolina Carlos led a comprehensive research study to understand how housing affordability and transportation accessibility intersect in the Inland Empire, particularly impacting disadvantaged communities. Her efforts earned her the Southern California Association of Governments Student Showcase Poster Jury Award.
