Mt Baldy Hike, Music, and Moonlight - SBC
Experience the magic of Mt. Baldy with music and moonlight. Departing campus at 9:00 AM, we’ll head to the Mt. Baldy Resort Trailhead for an 11-mile round-trip hike featuring approximately 4,000 feet of elevation gain along the scenic Devil’s Backbone Trail. Our goal is to summit Mount San Antonio (Mt. Baldy), standing at 10,064 feet, by 5:00 PM, where we’ll take in breathtaking views of Southern California’s mountain ranges, Catalina Island, and beyond.
On the descent, we’ll stop at Top of the Notch for dinner and live music from CRAiC HAUS before completing the final two miles of our hike under the moonlight.

Hygiene and Comfort
We will be carrying our all our food, water, and equipment in a pack weighting up to 10lbs. We use vault toilets at the trailhead and practice Leave No Trace for disposing of waste on he trail.
We will treat water from a nearby spring or bring enough water from CSUSB.
