ENTRY:
Each student and their guest must have a wristband for entry. A wristband is the only form of entry into the event. Guest must be present with their student to receive a wristband. Wristbanding will take place on the following dates at Coyote Walk:
- Wednesday, February 25th | 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Thursday, February 26th | 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Friday, February 27th | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Wristbands will also be available during the event; however, entry is not guaranteed, as space is limited.
PALM DESERT CAMPUS:
A shuttle will be available to take PDC students and one guest to the event. The shuttle will depart from PDC and return there. Space is limited, so sign up using this link: https://qualtricsxmvdv4gb44x.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bEgtOLXX1CrYIl0. Sign-ups received after capacity is reached will be placed on a waitlist.
For PDC students driving to San Bernardino, please visit the Rancho Mirage Student Center during the week of the event to get pre-wristbanded: Monday 2/23 - Thursday 2/26, during RSMC operating hours.

Yes. Wristbands are required for entry.
Yes. Each current CSUSB student may bring one guest.
Guests must be 18 years or older with a valid ID and must also obtain a wristband.
Current CSUSB students and their approved guest only.
No. Once checked in, attendees may not leave and return.
No bags are permitted. This includes backpacks, purses, totes, fanny packs, hydration packs, and water packs.
No. Outside food, beverages, and water bottles are not permitted.
No cameras of any kind are permitted.

Attendees may bring a phone, ID, and keys only.
Food will be available for purchase at the event. Both cash and card will be accepted.
