Pay for Print Policy

This policy authorizes the university to establish a fee for computer-related printing. The fee will be reviewed annually, to ensure self-sustaining printing operations.

Standard printing covered by this policy is defined to be black print on white letter-sized paper produced on a laser printer. Color printing, along with other options, such as color paper and bindings, be charged at a higher differential.
