Cal State San Bernardino’s Phi Beta Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter inducted 24 new members — faculty, staff, administrators and students — at its annual winter banquet, held on Feb. 1 at the university.

CSUSB student-athletes Jessica Brown and Tony Lo are among 26 individuals who have been awarded the prestigious NCAA Ethnic Minority and Women's Enhancement Graduate Scholarship.

Juan Battle will present “Africa, Refugees, and (Lack of) Tertiary Education: A Perfect Storm for Peril … or Progress!” at the banquet, which begins at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 7, in the Obershaw Dining Room.
