President Tomás Morales, among other topics, discussed how CSUSB has operated and dealt with, and continues to deal with, various issues such virtual instruction, safety of students and staff and funding in the wake of budget cuts.
The university has enrolled more than 2,300 transfer students in the fall quarter.
