Enrique Murillo Jr., professor of education at Cal State San Bernardino, is the founder and executive director of Latino Education and Advocacy Days (LEAD). He also directs CSUSB’s Doctorate in Educational Leadership program and has devoted his career to advancing educational access and equity for Latino students.
Among his many leadership roles, Murillo serves on President Biden’s Advisory Commission on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics, where he helps shape national policies to strengthen institutions, expand career pathways, and close equity
