Following the successful completion of CSUSB’s initial comprehensive framework to decrease time to degree and eliminate the achievement gap, the university launched Phase II of its plan to further advance the Graduation Initiative 2025.
Phase II, which began in fall 2019, consists of three focal points: (1) Advising, (2) College to Career Readiness and (3) Online Teaching and Learning. Committees have been formed for each area of focus. And efforts are being carried out as part of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities’ pilot program to accelerate transformation and increase student success outcomes across the nation.
