Jake Zhu, dean of the CSUSB Palm Desert Campus, will be among the panelists for presentation that is part of “The Economic Future of the Coachella Valley” webinar series from the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership, Palm Springs Life, and SBEMP Attorneys.
Zhu will be on the 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, online webisode that will discuss the COVID-19 pandemic’s temporary and long-term effects on education as well as how our local institutions are innovating new ways to teach and learn. He will be joined by Joel Kinnamon (College of the Desert) and Sandra Lyon (Palm Springs Unified School District).
