CSUSB’s Career Center will host its annual Fall Career and Internship Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 23, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Santos Manuel Student Union North conference rooms. The event connects CSUSB undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni, with employers from a variety of industries.

This year, 400 participants are expected to attend the event to network with over 70 employers and learn about internships, seasonal positions and full- and part-time career opportunities. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with recruiters and build professional relationships.

There will be a diverse array of employers, ranging from local businesses to large national companies across industries, such as technology, healthcare and government. Sought-after employers include the County of Riverside - Probation Department, Enterprise Mobility, Toyota North America, Northwestern Mutual Ontario - Vegas, Target and City of San Bernardino - General Government.

The Fall Career and Internship Fair will facilitate meaningful interactions to help students explore different career paths, industries and companies. In addition, the event strengthens the university’s partnerships with local, regional and national companies, showcasing Cal State San Bernardino as a valuable source of diverse, well-prepared talent.

To prepare students for the event, the Career Center hosted the Career Fair Prep Week Oct. 14-17, which featured workshops on resume writing, interview preparation and career development. Additionally, there were resume reviews and mock interviews for personalized feedback, along with presentations by employers.

The Career Center offers a variety of career and internship fairs throughout the year. Each fair provides CSUSB alumni and students from all majors an opportunity to meet employers who have open positions and internships available at their organizations.

The Fall Career and Internship Fair is free and open to CSUSB students and alumni. RSVP and get employer information on Handshake. For more information, contact the Career Center at careercenter@csusb.edu or 909-537-5250.
