In advance of the screening of the documentary film “HEAL,” the CSUSB Palm Desert Campus hosted Adam Schomer, the producer of the film, on Thursday, Nov. 16. The film will be shown Nov. 17 and 18 at the Indian Wells Theater.

The 13th annual Academic WorldQuest Competition, which tests teams of high school students’ knowledge of international affairs, will take place at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at Cal State San Bernardino’s Palm Desert Campus’ Indian Wells Theater.

The College of Extended Learning at CSUSB will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Center of Global Innovation 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5. It has been moved indoors to the College of Education lobby due to high winds in the forecast.

The grand opening celebration of the Neurofeedback Center will take place from 4:30-7 p.m. with a ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m. The center will offer services to CSUSB Palm Desert Campus students and community members in the Coachella Valley.
