“The Cultural Revolution and ‘Diasporic Trauma’ in Hong Kong,” by Angelina Chin, associate professor of history at Pomona College, will take place at 12:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, at the John M. Pfau Library, PL-5005.

CSUSB and the Universidad Pedagogica y Tecnologica de Columbia have signed a memorandum of understanding created to boost joint areas of interest that include student exchange programs, teacher exchange programs and research studies.

About 75 people, mostly CSUSB students, faculty and staff, along with city residents, attended the forum to meet with Mayor R. Carey Davis to discuss issues in the city.

This year’s competition, presented by the CSUSB Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE), will be held Monday, Nov. 6, from 5-9 p.m. at the Esri Conference Center, 380 New York St., Redlands.
