The winningest coach ever at his previous post at the University of Texas of Permian Basin, Andy Newman says he wants to establish a program that eventually will be among the top programs in the western region, year-in and year out.
CSUSB alumni and the university community are invited to celebrate the annual Homecoming event on Saturday, Oct. 27, complete with various open houses, the family-friendly Homecoming Bash and the volleyball match vs. Cal State LA.
Alumna Rachael Figg, who played forward for the CSUSB women’s soccer team, is the first Coyote to play professional soccer in Spain.
Cal State San Bernardino will be closed in observation of the holiday season beginning Monday, Dec. 24, and will reopen for regular business operations Wednesday, Jan. 2.
The event is free for active-duty military, reservists, veterans, ROTC cadets and CSUSB students. Vouchers will be available at the event.
Celebrating its 23rd year, the CSUSB Athletics Dave Stockton Coyote Classic had its most successful event to date, raising more than $250,000 that will have a direct impact on student-athlete scholarships.
