The exhibition by Alexander Dixon will run from Nov. 27 to Dec. 2, featuring a series of interactive glass artworks centered around perception and reality. A reception is scheduled for Nov. 30, from 4-6 p.m.
“Away From Keyboard: Practical Applications of Antifascism, Revisited,” which contains repainted banners that once had fascist messaging, is on display at CSUSB’s Robert and Frances Fullerton Museum of Art Nov. 9 to 16.
The Oct. 28 event will include presentations and a roundtable discussion that focuses on what fascism is, how it works and what the ramifications of it are as a political system and ideology.
Melanie Asalde-Smith will present her Master of Fine Art thesis exhibit titled FUTURE PROOF at the Robert and Frances Fullerton Museum of Art from April 14 to April 20. An opening reception will be held April 14.

Along with teaching and mentoring, Julie Paegle, who joined CSUSB in 2006 and taught a wide array of courses for the English department, was an accomplished poet and Pulitzer Prize nominee.
The series, called Art Hour with Lana and Teresa, is hosted by two of RAFFMA’s student assistants where they welcome special guests weekly to discuss various art- and museum-related topics.
On Oct. 29, communication studies faculty and graduate students discussed the docudrama “The Social Dilemma,” which highlights the dark side of social media and the issues it raises. More than 150 people tuned in for the panel.
