
Premiering April 25 and running through May 4 at the CSUSB Ronald E. Barnes Theatre, “You Don’t Even Speak Spanish” follows Jorge Ramirez, a first-generation Chicano college student, as he struggles to find his voice over the cacophony of noise coming from his family, his classmates, and the weight of expectations placed on his shoulders. “The AIDS Quilt Songbook” is a moving tribute to those impacted by the AIDS epidemic. The performance will take place on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Recital Hall. Tickets are available now.

The CSUSB Department of Theatre Arts announces its 2024-25 season, featuring a blend of classic and contemporary productions, and prepares for the grand opening of the new Performing Arts Center in spring 2025.
