CSUSB professor to present at upcoming American Chemical Society local chapter event

Mahmood Nikbakhtzadeh, CSUSB assistant professor of health science and human ecology, will be the guest speaker when the American Chemical Society (ACS) San Gorgonio chapter meets at 2 p.m. April 20 at the Moreno Valley Public Library. His presentation is titled, “Bites and Stings: Venemous Animals Around Us!”
Supporting Workers with Chronic Illness: The Role of Psychosocial Safety Climate

Mark Agars (psychology) coauthored a study that “assessed the association between employee perceptions of psychosocial safety climate (PSC), a specific aspect of organizational climate, and worker outcomes around psychological health, work engagement, and turnover intentions in a sample of workers with at least one chronic illness.”
