Following nomination by the senior administration of their institutions and a rigorous application process, George Georgiou is one of two academics from the CSU system who have been named American Council on Education Fellows for 2020-21.

The CSUSB community gathered on Dec. 16 to honor the memory of Abhishek Sudhesh, a graduate student from India, who was killed off campus on Thanksgiving Day. His family, in partnership with CSUSB, established a scholarship fund in Sudhesh’s name.
