Claudia Davis, CSUSB associate professor of nursing, has been named a recipient of the 2018 Minority and Minority-Serving Institution Faculty Scholar in Cancer Research Award from the American Association for Cancer Research.

Luis and Wendy Castaneira, both first-generation college students, will graduate together — each with honors — on Thursday, June 14. Luis will receive a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Wendy with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
