Steps to accept your offer:
- Log in to your myCoyote account.
- Select the 'More' drop-down under the 'Accept or Decline Admissions' Action Item.
- Choose the 'Accept/Decline Admissions' option to make it official.
- Activate myCoyote Account
- Your myCoyote account gives you access to everything from your class schedule to financial aid info—so let’s get it set up!
Set Up Your DUO Mobile App
To protect your account and confidential information, all CSUSB students are required to use DUO Mobile for two-factor authentication. This app adds an extra layer of security to your myCoyote account.
1a. Important Note for Students on Academic Notice
If you're returning to CSUSB and your GPA is below the required threshold, you’ll need to meet with an academic advisor to create a plan for success. This applies to both returning students and returning transfer students.
To get started, call the ASUA Academic Advising Office at (909) 537-7345 to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment. Once we receive confirmation that you’ve met with an advisor, you’ll be able to continue with the re-admission process.
****We’re here for you and want to ensure you have the guidance and support needed for a successful return!

Check and Clear Any Holds
Before moving forward, log in to your myCoyote portal to see if you have any holds on your account—these could be related to things like unpaid fees or advising requirements.
If you do have a hold, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Connect with the appropriate office to explore your options and get support in clearing your hold so you can stay on track.
If you’ve attended another college or university since leaving CSUSB, send your official transcripts to:
Office of Admissions Operations & Systems
5500 University Parkway, UH 107
San Bernardino, CA 92404
Once your application or Welcome Back Form is approved, you’ll be invited to attend a Returning Student Orientation, which is offered both in person and virtually, so you can choose what works best for you. At Orientation, you’ll get reacquainted with campus, discover helpful resources, and leave feeling confident about your return.
Bonus: After Orientation, you’ll meet with an academic advisor and register for your classes the same day!
We’re here to make your return smooth and successful—every step of the way.
