Spring 2026 PL-BSN Application Period: Wednesday June 11, 2025 to Tuesday July 15, 2025 @ 5:00pm (PST)

Hello, before moving forward with your online application to the CSUSB Department of Nursing Pre-Licensure BSN program, please have all your application materials ready, including:

• Your CSUSB Student Email. Do not enter personal emails.
• The date you attended an information session.
• Information and grades for all prerequisite courses.
• Ensured you requested your TEAS results be sent directly to us by ATI. Must be done by deadlines posted below.
• Have a copy of your TEAS Transcript Report available to attach. (Example TEAS Transcript Report)
• (optional) Supporting documentation of bilingual proficiency. You MUST attach the documentation to get credit.
• See this BSN Example Application to give you an idea of the information you have to enter.

Please note: You will only be able to submit the application once, so be sure everything is correct.

If you are a Post-Bac applicant (you already have a baccalaureate degree in another field), you do not need to submit this form.

Accessing the online BSN Application

1. The application will close on Tuesday July 15, 2025 @ 5:00pm (PST)
2. Remember that starting with the Spring 2025 application, there is a limit of 3 application attempts to the PL-BSN program.
3. When prompted, sign in with your CSUSB credentials.
4. Once signed in, be sure to enter your personal information, including your CSUSB Student Email.
5. When attaching documents, it may say (Pending). That means your document will be uploaded once you submit your application. You do not have to wait for the (Pending) to go away before you submit.
6. After submission you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provided. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email, please contact our IT Consultant at sonia.perezgamboa@csusb.edu, or (909)537-3599.
