Dear Palm Desert Campus Community,
Following up on the ongoing construction for the new Student Success Center Project at the Palm Desert Campus, Phase 2 Construction, will begin Monday, December 15, 2025, and continue through Wednesday, January 14, 2026.

12/17/2025 - 01/14/2026
Four (4) existing parking stalls for Palm Desert Campus vehicles and golf carts next to the Verizon building will be temporarily relocated to an area next to the construction trailer for Palm Desert Campus Vehicles and golf carts during the construction (see map).
12/15/2025 - 01/07/2026
A section of Berger Circle (both lanes) will be closed as shown on the attached disruption plan. Access to Lots A and B will stay open, including access to the ticket kiosk, however, the drive lanes south of the first entry into the parking will be closed. Please exercise caution and follow signage for access to the parking lots.
Construction fencing shall restrict unauthorized access into the construction site. Please exercise caution when traveling around the construction site and follow all construction signage.
Please reference the project map attached. The Disruption Plan highlights pedestrian paths, vehicular paths, and construction fence placement for Phase 2. Further construction notices will be shared as the project progresses.
