Lacey Kendall to host Growing Inland Achievement summit on Oct. 8-9

Lacey Kendall, who serves CSUSB as a broadcast consultant and communications studies lecturer, will serve as host for the Toward A Shared Vision Summit on Inland Education, presented by Growing Inland Achievement, taking place today and Wednesday, Oct. 8-9, at the Riverside Convention Center.  

Speakers at the event will include Sonya Christian, chancellor of California Community Colleges; Tony Thurmond, California superintendent of public instruction; and Summer Steele, executive director of the CSUSB Office of Pre-College Programs, among others.

Kendall is the host of Education Insight, a weekly public radio program focused on Inland Southern California Education.
