The colleges of Social and Behavioral Sciences (8 a.m.) Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration (noon), College of Natural Sciences (4 p.m.), and Arts and Letters and Education (8 p.m.) will honor the Class of 2019 on Saturday.
Barbara Sirotnik (director, Institute of Applied Research), Brian Levin (director, Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism) and David Yaghoubian (history) shared their expertise with the news media.

San Bernardino Mayor R. Carey Davis, a CSUSB alumnus (’97 MBA), was a guest on the show “Conversation on Culture and Community.”
The award is the highest given by the national honor society, and is the ninth overall that the Theta Iota Chapter at CSUSB has received.
“In|Dignity,” which will open in January 2018, received $15,000 from the California Humanities, a nonprofit partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
The campus will also be closed Friday, Sept. 1, ending the last week of its four-day, 10-hour summer workweek schedule. CSUSB will reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 5, at 8 a.m.
