Physical & Digital OneCard Options

Availability: Both Digital and Physical Coyote OneCards are available to actively enrolled students, as well as active faculty and staff members.

Requesting a Physical OneCard: Submit a photo for approval online, then request your card through the support portal or visit either campuses Technology Support Center (PL-1109 or RG-103).

OneCard Usage

Campus Access: Acts as a multifunctional card for meal plans, library access, fitness centers, student health services, printing services, free bus transit, and door access to certain campus buildings.

OneCard Management Portal: Users can manage their accounts online—add funds, review transactions, and manage account settings, like low balance warnings or parent/guest access.

Replacement Physical OneCards

Replacement Options: Lost, stolen, or damaged OneCards can be replaced online or at the Technology Support Centers on the San Bernardino or Palm Desert campus.

Replacement Fee: A $10 fee applies for students, payable in person at UH-038 or online through the Student Financial Center. For payment instructions, visit the "Replacement Physical OneCards" section.

Please Note: Active Faculty and Staff are not charged a replacement fee.

Door Access: Entry to Cave (24/7) and specific campus buildings

Library Card: Library barcode on front

Fitness Card: Access to Rec Sports Center

Medical Card: Access to Student Health Center

Debit/Print Card: Add Coyote Cash for purchases/printing

 

Note: A physical Coyote OneCard is required for door access and free transit. For transit, the physical card must be shown when boarding.
