Records Available Services

The records unit works on many different processes that affect a student's university record. These processes include: name changes, grade discounts for repeated courses, end of term grade postings, readmission from a leave of absence, management of the National Student Exchange program, CSU IntraSystem Visitor/Concurrent Enrollments and CSUSB transcript requests; among other items.

Notarization and Authentication of Transcripts, Diplomas, and Degree Verification Letters

The Office of the Registrar provides notarization and authentication services for official CSUSB transcripts, diplomas, or degree verification/enrollment letters. Per state guidelines, only original documents are eligible for notarization and authentication. Transcript notarization requests can be made in-person in the Office of the Registrar (UH-171) or by mail using the following address:

Documents will be available for pick-up or we can mail to the address provided.

 Authorization to Release for Students

You may grant your parent, guardian, or another third-party access to your CSU San Bernardino education records through the Authorization to Release feature in your Student Center.  We will not disclose any information from your education record to individuals not identified by you.  CSU San Bernardino assumes no liability of honoring your instructions.   

Setting Your Pronouns

Students have the opportunity to identify the pronouns by which they want to be referred.
