Emergency military leave, temporary military leave, and indefinite military leave is granted to eligible employees in accordance with state and federal law.
Under the Military and Veterans Code, eligible CSU employees normally receive up to thirty (30) calendar days of CSU pay in a fiscal year for active duty military leave.
The Military and Veterans Code grants CSU the authority to negotiate supplemental CSU salary and benefits as they pertain to military leave for represented employees.
